Job Description 工作描述:
1. Examines, diagnoses, andtreats acute andchronic diseases andinjuries within the scope of Family Medicine in outpatient setting. Prepares andreviews case histories andobtains data through interviews.
为大病及慢性病患者、伤员提供身体检查、诊断、治疗等门诊服务，准备病例史资料并进行审核，从寻访中收集病例信息；
2. Examines patients anddetermines x-ray examinations andclinical laboratory tests required. Interprets test results andevaluates examination findings.
为患者检查，诊断、解析影像检查、临床化验结果，评估体检结论；
3. Administers andprescribes treatment such as antibiotics, drugs, andcompresses.
管理抗生素、药物、镇静剂等治疗手段使用情况，开具相关处方；
4. Determines need forandassists in specialized medical care andtreatment.
确定患者对专科医疗保健、治疗服务的需求，并协助相关治疗；
5. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other GP physicians.
与其他全科医生合作，参与部门质量改进活动；
6. Resource fornursing staff regarding patient care issues.
处理护士关于病人情况需协助的问题。
7. Arranges forconsults andpatient transfers as needed.
根据需要安排会诊和病人转诊。
8. Will work closely with the Administrative Leader supporting departmental goals.
与行政部门协作共同完成部门目标。
9. Exemplifies highest levels of professionalism andmedical ethics in every aspect of his orher work andrelationships.

Qualification andrequirements资格和要求:
1. Graduate froman accredited medical orrelated school;
毕业于正规的医学院或相关学校同等学历。
2. At least 10 years GP clinical experience；
至少有10年临床全科经验。
3. Ability to organize andprioritize;
良好的组织能力，能够确定任务轻重缓急。
4. Good communication skill in both English andChinese;
中英双语沟通能力。
5 Excellent bedside manner;
友好对待患者。
6. Be responsible andable to work independently at most of the time.
有责任心，能够独立完成工作。
7. Good clinical experience;
丰富的临床经验。
8. Evidence based medicine.
坚持循证医学观点。
