职位描述 DUTIES andRESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: ? 1. Provide direct patient care. ? 2. Provide outstanding service to patients andreferring physicians. ? 3. Collaborate with the team to determine the most effective structure forinterdisciplinary team meetings. ? 4. Responsible forensuring collaboration with integrative medicine. ? 5. Ensure effective interdisciplinary support including adequate support fromother specialties. Teach Hospitalist Fellows as determined by Chief of Hospitalist. ? 6. Monitorlocal andsatisfy local andnational rules andregulations in patient care, teaching, andothers hospitalist duties within the scope of practice. ? 7. Develop clear cultural andbehavioral expectations forphysicians andtraining process to enforce the behaviors. ? 8. Improve andenforce physician process. ? 9. Train hospitalist fellows, mentorjuniorattending physicians, promote staff development. ? 10. Develop medical guidelines, policies andprocedures, andensure compliance. ? 11. Attend standing meetings （nursing, hospital administration, committee, etc.）. ? 12. Model physician professional behavior. ? 13. Able to coordinate care between different doctors caring fora patient, serve as point of contact forhospital staff andmaintain communication with patients andfamily members. ? 14. Evaluate andtreat patients as a primary orconsulting attending physician, teaching physician, orsupervisorphysician. ? 15. Coordinate the hospital’s diagnostic, therapeutic, andconsultative resources. ? 16. Capable of following through cases to ensure effectiveness andchange the course of treatment as indicated. ? 17. Ability to assess patient‘s health by interviewing andexamining patients, updatepatient records, andstudy medical histories of the patient. ? 18. Provide patient-centered, timely, safe, effective, andefficient medical care andservices to adult hospitalized patients. ? 19. Order preventative care, medical treatment, diagnostic testing, nursing care, andother medical services to patient andfamily members in the hospital. ? 20. Perform medically appropriate procedures within the scope of practice. ? 21. Consult appropriate medical specialists andother health care professionals to assure that appropriate multidisciplinary care is provided. ? 22. Provide co-management care with other services andspecialties to patients ? EXPERIENCES, SKILLS andABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求： ? 1. Master‘s degree orabove in Clinical Medicine ? 2. 2-3 years of work experience as a resident doctorin a second-class hospital orabove, including comprehensive wards, geriatric wards, emergency observation wards, andgeneral wards ? 3. High degree of emotional intelligence with great communication skills. ? 4. Personal characteristics of integrity, maturity, andhonesty aligned with the Mission andValues of the Jiahui Health System. ? 5. Collaborative team member. ? 6.
