POSITION SUMMARY:
The main responsibility forthis position is to ensure that patients receive great customer service fortheir experience at Jiahui. Assist patients with dental service appointment scheduling an******** customers’ enquiries orconcerns.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
? Understandcustomers, anticipate their needs andbe proactive to their needs
? Service customers directly by doing daily rounds to assigned outpatient clinics, inpatient wards provide excellent service to customers, initiate andbuild positive relationships with them
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries andfollow up on customer’s needs
? Respond to complaints escalated by PA, manage andresolve customer complaints professionally with courtesy
? Be the bridge to clinical andadmin team to improve the smoothness on operation
? Feedback costumers’ needs to respective departments, outside of CRM scope
? Identify new sales andbusiness development opportunities.
? Cross sell andupsell Jiahui services to customers
? Feedback to MBD orany other relevant departments on service requests fromcustomers
? Introduce Jiahui services to customers during interactions
? Refer medical orclinical complains/issues to Q&S.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, an********:
? More than 5 years of working experience in Customer Service with a similar role
? Proven good record in customer service
? Service oriented person ,Good at interpersonal skills, able to handle complex relationship
? Experienced with problem solving, resourceful, a creative problem solver
? Good at communication-at least bilingual, verbal andwritten
? Experienced with problem solving, resourceful, a creative problem solver
? Good in data collection, well organized
? Good at stress management with high stress tolerance level
? Able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
? Eye fordetails
? Strong in learning andadaptability
? Computer savvy
