Job description:
您将从事多肽新药的研发工作；合成批量从mg级到g级；您将使用目前***的自动多肽合成系统制备多种复杂的多肽；并与经验丰富的分析和纯化研究员协作得到高纯度的多肽；有机会和跨国药企药化专家面对面交流学习。
You will be responsible forthe synthesis of peptides in mg to gram scale. In this role, you will have opportunities to usethe most advanced automatic peptide synthesis system to prepare various complex peptides andwork with experienced analysis andpurification researchers to obtain peptides with high purity. You will communicate with the experts frommultinational pharmaceutical companies face to face.

工作职责
Responsibilities
1、学习使用不同的自动多肽合成仪以及优化参数。 
2、设计多肽的合成路线。
3、对多肽合成的分析数据进行解析，并对合成方法进行适当的优化。
4、配合项目经理或副总定期向欧美客户定汇报课题进展情况； 
5、及时地书写英文E-Note、日报和结题报告； 
6、根据公司要求，及时地总结工作，上交实验数据资料。
1. Learns to operate different automatic peptide synthesizer andto optimize parameters.
2. Proposes synthetic plan fordifferent peptides.
3. Independently interprets analytical data of peptide synthesis, optimizes synthetic method properly.
4. Regularly cooperates with project managers orVPs to report project progress to domestic orforeign clients.
5. Timely andaccurately records English E-Note, prepares daily reports andfinal reports.
6. Timely summarizes andsubmits the experimental data according to company policies.

任职要求
Qualifications:
1、有机化学或药物化学相关专业硕士或博士学历，研究方向为多肽合成（固相优先）；
2、具有较丰富的多肽合成经验，如有复杂多肽（例如多环肽，长肽，多肽偶联药物等等）更佳；
3、较强抗压力，责任心强，具备团队合作精神，可带领一至多名实验助理开展研究工作； 
4、优秀的英语听说读写能力。 
1. masterorPh. D. degree in organic/medicinal chemistry with experience in peptide synthesis （solid phase preferred）;
2. Extensive experience in peptide synthesis, having experience in complex peptides synthesis such as multiple-cycle peptide, long peptide, PDC, etc. is preferred;
3. Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility andteam collaboration, capably coaches one ormore juniorchemists;
4. Fluent in reading andwriting in English; ability to effectively converse in English.
