Fluent knowledge in English is required, as well being a Native Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities: 
Analysis of errors, problems of CAD/CAM-users 
Professional consulting service on software & hardware issues over the phone. 
Documentation of customer concerns, development & creation of a knowledge data base & knowledge repository 
Feedback on the continuous process improvement, CPI
