职责：
向患者提供全面的牙科服务。
建立和维护与患者的关系，鼓励重复就诊和推荐。
与国际团队合作，确保高标准的护理。
参加社区外展和网络活动，以吸引新患者。
资格：
持有认可机构的牙医学位。
在中国获得有效的执业牙医执照。
在牙科实践中有证明的经验，专注于患者获取。
能够用基本英语交流者优先。
较强的人际交往能力和网络建设能力。
薪酬：

We are a high-end dental clinic in Shanghai seeking a skilled andmotivated General Dentist to joinour dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified dentist （or助理医师） with international exposure—whether through work in an international clinic, overseas education, orcontinuing professional development （CPD）. Additional training in orthodontics orimplants is available forthe right candidate.
优先考虑 （Preferred Attributes）:
Shanghai natives orcandidates fluent in Shanghainese.
Experience in dental implants.
Willingness to work weekends.
Strong work ethic andpatient-centered approach.
Responsibilities （职责）:
Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality andpatient satisfaction.
Build andmaintain long-term patient relationships to encourage retention andreferrals.
Collaborate with our international team to uphold high clinical standards.
Participate in community outreach/networking to attract new patients.
Qualifications （资格）:
Degree in Dentistry froman accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice in China （牙医执业证书）.
Proven clinical experience; international exposure is a must （e.g., worked/studied abroad orin international clinics）.
Basic English proficiency preferred （forcommunication with expat patients）.
Excellent interpersonal andnetworking skills.
Compensation （薪酬）:
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives （e.g., commission/bonus structure）.
