Job Description 岗位职责
-Working closely with colleagues to provide evidence-based quality cosmetic dermatological orsurgical care in outpatient and/orinpatient settings if needed。与同事密切合作，在门诊或住院（必要时）工作中，积极提供以循证医学为基础的美容皮肤科或美容外科优质诊疗服务。
-Able to applying various cosmetic devices including laser, thermage, Ultherapy andcosmetic injections orsurgeries （forcosmetic plastic surgeon） independently within the privileged range. 能够独立完成授权范围内的医疗美容仪器操作，包括但不限于激光、热玛吉、超声炮、美容注射，或美容外科手术（美容整形外科医生）。
-Assisting external specialist forthe consultation, procedure andperi-operative care （forcosmetic plastic surgeon） if needed. 根据需要，配合支持外部专家的门诊、手术和围手术期管理（美容整形外科医生）。
-Implement quality improvement activities in collaborating with Chief/MA/CMO/MAB. 与科室主任/医务部/首席医疗官/医学顾问委员会合作，开展医疗质量改进活动。
-Attend Parkway CME activities andprovide own professional CME lectures. 参加百汇继续教育活动，并提供本专业的继续教育讲座。
-Collaborating closely with the marketing team andhealthcare team in promoting the practice of cosmetic dermatology/plastic surgery as well as participating in various other activities. 支持并与市场营销团队密切合作，促进美容皮肤科或美容整形外科推广科普活动。
-Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级布置的其他任务。
Qualifications 任职要求
-Bachelordegree orabove in Medicine 医学学士及以上学历
-Holding a current andactive Medical License 持有效的医疗相关执照（如医师资格证、医师执业证、医师职称证、美容主诊医师证等）
-Minimum 5 years post-residence doctorclinical experience 至少五年住院医师培训后临床工作经历
-Strong commandof English and/orMandarin （other languages are a plus） 英语和普通话流利（如若有其他语言能力优先考虑）
-Flexible with clinic/hospital locations andclinical hours （extended day shift orweekend shift） 接收灵活的诊所/医院工作地点和临床工作时间（如延长日班或周末班）
-Ability to work in a collaborative team environment 较好的团队合作
-Ability to work in a multi-culture, multi-discipline environment 胜任多学科的工作模式和多元化工作环境
