职位描述
DUTIES andRESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
1. Provide direct medical care to the patients in outpatient andinpatient of internal medicine department, specialized in Endocrine.
2. Leading with trust anddriving accountability demonstrate broad anddeep medical care knowledge to build skills of others.
3. Support the build andexecution of building an international, patient/family centered medical care.
4. Support the build of systems andprocesses including, management systems, clinical andoperations processes, strategic andtactical planning, budgeting, financial analysis, andclinical operations.
5. createa cohesive culture of patient centered care andoutstanding customer service at all levels andin all roles
6. Maintain highest levels of quality andpatient safety
7. Equally share call/coverage duties
8. Daily inpatient ward round forhis/her own patients
9. Meet Standards of professional conduct andcourtesy
10. Appropriate code, document andsubmit charges in a timely manner
11. Provide administrative support andcommittee assignments as requested
12. Participate in Fellow training when requested
13. Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, GrandRound, Committee meetings andCEO meeting when asked for
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS andABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求：
MD froman accredited program, Board certified in endocrine specialty.
Complete understanding of how to build andoperate a patient/family centered medical care delivery system
International exposure oractivities demonstrating high cultural competence.
Deep understanding orconnectivity to China orits Territories.
