ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Coordinate day to day tasks within Clinical department.
2. Provide clinical feedbacks to research project and new product launch to improve products.
3. Obtain maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees on products and process through employee training development
4. Coordinate Clinical Training (internal) Establish and oversee internal clinical education (to Align employees) in particular Clinical and Sales.
5. Full support education team to localize regional and national education plan. 6. Work with local KOL and speaker in the development of publications that can be used by AT as case studies
7. Coordinate clinical studies and projects full support national or global projects as well.
8. Collaborate with marketing on building an influential clinical evidence plan to help clinicians understand accept and recommend Invisalign including differentiation among brands.
9. Cultivate collaborative relationships with current and future thought leaders in academic and clinical practice at the local regional and national level.
