职位描述
工作职责

a）     Perform the professional duties of a pharmacist in the review/preparation of medication orders, medication counseling, provision of drug information. 履行药师专业职责，审查/调配用药医嘱，提供药物咨询和药学信息

b）    Provide clinical pharmacy services to designated patient. 向指定患者提供临床药学服务

c）      Provide advice andguidance to medical staff on the provision of drug therapies.在药物治疗方面为医务人员提供建议和指导

d）     Provide specific information to patients andcaregivers on safe andeffective drug usage.在药物安全和有效性方面为病人和医疗服务人员提供具体信息

e）     Train pharmacy staff to develop competency andexperience in clinical pharmacy services.通过培训提高药学人员的临床药学服务能力和经验

f）       Perform extension hours andon-call duties as assigned in duty roster. 按排班表进行加班和值班

g）     Ensure all procedures conform to legal andhospital policy. 保所有流程符合法规和医院政策

h）     Assist the pharmacy manager in the development of pharmacy service. 协助药房经理拓展药事服务



任职资格

 a）    Bachelororabove equivalent in pharmacy orclinical pharmacy fromaccredited institution. 正规院校药学或临床药学本科或以上学历

b）     Chinese professional title with pharmacist/seniorpharmacist. 药师或主管药师职称

c）      Minimum 4-6 years working experience in hospital, more than 2 years as clinical pharmacist position 至少4-6年医院工作经验，2年以上临床药师岗位

d）     Professional andcommunication skills. 具备专业知识和沟通技巧

e）     Skillfully masteroffice software. 熟练掌握办公软件

f）      Good in written as well as spoken in Mandarin andEnglish. 良好的中英文书面和口语能力
