Job Description 岗位职责：
Work closely with colleagues to provide evidence-based quality care during outpatient, andinpatient andon duty. 与同事密切合作，在门诊、和住院工作中，提供以循证医学为基础的优质医疗服务。
Based on the evaluation results, develop a personalized rehabilitation plan forpatients, clarify rehabilitation goals, treatment methods, rehabilitation cycles, etc., aiming to help patients gradually recover physical function andimprove their quality of life. 根据评估结果，为患者制定个性化的康复计划，明确康复目标、治疗方法、康复周期等，旨在帮助患者逐步恢复身体功能，提高生活质量。
Work closely with other medical team members, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, etc., to jointly develop andimplemen rehabilitation plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive andsystematic rehabilitation treatment.团队合作：康复医生在工作中需要与其他医疗团队成员密切合作，如物理治疗师、作业治疗师、护士等，共同制定和执行康复计划，保患者得到全、系统的康复治疗。
Implement quality, improvement activities in collaborating with Chief/MA/CMO/MAB. 与科室主任/医务部/首席医疗官/医学顾问委员会合作，开展医疗质量改进活动。
Attend Parkway CME activities andprovide own professional CME lectures. 参加百汇继续教育活动，并提供本专业的继续教育讲座。
Support Commercial Team to promote own profession knowledge forpublic while following the unified arrangements of the department. 支持并与商务部门密切合作，参与本专科的医疗科普推广活动。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级布置的其他任务。
