1,、按服务流程要求做好顾客的迎接、询问、顾客档案建立；
2、通知健康咨询作进一步接洽沟通；
3、负责医院顾客就诊挂号及收费工作；
4、协助健康咨询师做好顾客就诊前的准备工作及回访工作；
5、负责医院开展各类活动的解释说明及礼品发放工作，并做好相应登记。
二，任职条件
1、具备中专以上文化程度，形象好气质佳，有亲和力，女性，年龄35岁以下；
2、具备较强的语言表达能力和沟通技巧，有医疗机构、医药、酒店、金融保险等行业消售及前台工作经验者可优先录取。
三、薪酬待遇： 6千一8千/月，有晋升空间。
